Almost a year after the release, I’ve finally completed my Disney Reining Beauty Mirror Collection. I started with Belle and Snow White the day they launched, 09/15/15. On 10/07/15, I purchased Cinderella. The Elsa and Anna mirror has been available online almost non-stop since the release. Aurora and Ariel proved elusive. My thoughts were I had the three I wanted most, so I would not get any more unless I was able to get them all. We went to Disneyland last weekend (where I purchased another special Disney compact I will share with you in a separate article within the next week). Of course, I visited the Sephora at Downtown Disney, because Disney is my favorite place and Sephora is a close second. That store just seems a little more magical than other Sephora stores, even though it is far from the best I’ve been to.
I tried not to re-qualify for Sephora VIB Rouge until the end of the year, but I got really close. After getting there on July 12th last year, I’d say November 26th is a huge improvement. Fingers crossed for December 31st next year. During the VIB Rouge sale, I purposely stopped short of qualifying thinking I would make one last purchase when we get our $25 off $50 gift cards. The Black Friday deals were a lot better to me this year than last, so I was not able to pass them up. There were two that instantly caught my eye, which I mentioned in my Black Friday Deals article.
Welcome to the January edition of Swatches and Looks. I want to catalog the items that did not make it into another article, so I will post these when applicable. If they’ve made it into another article, they will not appear here.
Dior Addict Fluid Stick in Wonderland. The color is a pinkish/coral with a touch of red. I love this color. These lippies fall between a gloss and a lipstick. This particular one is a little less sticky than other colors I’ve tried from the same line. It leaves a slightly sticky mess as it fades, so the formula is not my favorite.

Urban Decay Liar. I find the color and the formula okay. There is nothing overly special or terrible about either.

Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask. It goes on clear and hardens on the skin. I did leave it on for about 25 minutes (it suggests 20-30). From a single foil, I did not get a full feeling of how well it worked. My skin did look slightly nicer afterward, but I would need to experiment longer to give a true opinion on this.
