Alltrue- Free shipping on subscription boxes (except to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). There is an extra $7.95 charge for shipping to those locations. Canadians do not pay any duties or taxes, but American customers pay tax.

About the Alltrue Subscription

Subscription boxes include a mix of: exclusive, ethically made products from a wide range of items. They are always full-sized, and the value of the box will always be over $200. There are 6-8 full size items in every box. Each item is cruelty free, vegan whenever possible, and always socially conscious.

Quarterly Subscription Program

This is a quarterly subscription box program. There is one box per season. You will continue to get a box each season unless you cancel.

Alltrue Membership Costs

The subscription and any products in the Add-On Market are taxable.

Bill Dates

You are billed the day you sign up for whichever box is available or upcoming. Future boxes get billed by the following schedule.

  • March 1st -Spring Boxes
  • June 1st – Summer Boxes 
  • September 1st – Fall Boxes
  • December 1st – Winter Boxes
Welcome Boxes

Those who sign up between seasonal boxes will get a Welcome Box, if one is available. Whenever there is no Welcome Box or it sells out, new members will get on the wait list for the upcoming box. This is a pre-sale.

Current members will not get a welcome box unless they start a second subscription or contact customer service and request one on their main account. This benefit is particularly helpful for annual members who want to customize.

Annual Subscriber Perks

Annual Subscribers get to select certain items in their boxes. This is Alltrue Custom. They will receive an email one week before the bill date with the options. Seasonal subscribers receive a random box, so upgrading to annual is the only way to choose some items inside your box.

Shipping

There is no cost to ship the box. Add-On Market shipping is free with a $50 purchase. A shipping charge will apply to select regions. Boxes usually ship within two weeks of your order date. After they are shipped, it can take 2-8 business days for them to arrive. Shipping confirmations are emailed.

Alltrue Customization

I show all customization options for annual members each season. Customization options usually open about a week before billing, but I post spoilers as they come out. See the Customization Options article to see them.

Alltrue Add-On Market

The Add-On Market opens just before the seasonal boxes. It is open for at least one week every season. Items purchased in the market ship separately from the subscription box. They are subject to a $50 minimum purchase for free shipping. See the Market Products for each season.
