Whenever Ulta emails me an offer in advance, it is difficult to know if it is an affiliate exclusive or a general offer. These beauty bags are gifts with a minimum purchase. Bags initially carry a charge for the GWP minimum. Add the bag and a qualifying purchase to your account while the offer is active, and the cost for the bag should reduce to zero. The gift with purchase minimum is based on the subtotal, so you should still qualify for the gift if your total dips below the minimum after a coupon gets applied.
