Sephora Weekly Wow 2019 Preview – A Week at a Time
The Weekly Wow! returns in 2019 with new offers most Thursdays. In its first full year (2018), we saw the Weekly Wow! pop up 45 times. Why does it not take place every week? Whenever there is a blanket discount on most products (or sale products with the Sale on Sale) that applies to all rewards tiers, the Weekly Wow! takes a short hiatus. It also takes a break at times when we get the Daily Wow! in its place. What is the Weekly Wow? It is a special section of the Sephora website with week-long deals that get discounted up to 50% off. These deals are different from others in the sale section, because they return to full price once the week passes (most of the time). At times, an item might appear in the Weekly Wow for more than one week or go on permanent sale after appearing, but both cases are rare. Weekly Wow! deals drop on Thursday and run through the following Wednesday.

Offers are available in-store and online. The discount is automatic with both methods, but it does at times update slowly online when it first goes live. Every time I see the offers in 2019, I will update this article. Sephora does give me them to me in advance sometimes, but I do not get them until they go live other times. Whenever I can post the upcoming offers in advance, I will. Items are in reverse chronological order.

No Weekly Wow got announced for August 22nd through August 28th. The Summer Bonus for VIB and Rouge members rubs through August 27h, so I would not have expected a Weekly Wow even if they were consistent this year.

If it does not return after the sale, we can start wondering once again if it will return.

No Weekly Wow got announced for April 18th through April 24th. The Sephora Spring 2019 Sale starts on April 26th (for Rouge members). Expect a Weekly Wow and Daily Wow absence at least until after May 6th when it ends. Of course there is time between now and April 26th to give us something, but with breaks for no reason in 2019, it is likely we won’t get anything for a while. There were only 7 weeks without a weekly Wow in 2018. This is the 7th absence for 2019 and we are not even four months in. Two of the weeks were for a Daily Wow Break this year, but there was a one-week Daily Wow Break last year, too.

No Weekly Wow got announced for April 11th through April 17th. The Sephora Spring 2019 Sale starts on April 26th (for Rouge members). Expect a Weekly Wow and Daily Wow absence at least until after May 6th when it ends. Of course there is time between now and April 26th to give us something, but with breaks for no reason in 2019, it is likely we won’t get anything for a while.

Daily Wow! Week 2 – March 28th through April 3rd (Weekly Wow Absence Week 5)
After a 3-week absence with no news from the Daily Wow or Weekly Wow, the Daily Wow returns. I expect the Spring 2019 Sale soon, so we might see another break later in April.

Weekly Wow Absence Week 4
No Weekly Wow got announced for March 21st through March 27th.
Weekly Wow Absence Week 3
No Weekly Wow got announced for March 14th through March 20th. The Weekly Wow took its first real break without leaving anything other than traditional sale items last week. There is still no announcement on the upcoming discount, so this may serve as a sign that the Weekly Wow has ended. While it would have been nice for Sephora to make some sort of announcement, Sephora only likes to share what it wants when it wants. For whatever reason, Sephora is choosing not to make any announcements on the absence.
Weekly Wow Absence Week 2
No Weekly Wow got announced for March 7th through March 13th. The Weekly Wow has only taken a break since its August 2017 launch when the Daily Wow takes its place or there is a general discount. With no Daily Wow this week and no known discount, I am unsure for the reason behind the break. I checked the Sephora affiliate account, but there is radio silence as of March 7th. While it would be nice to find out a surprise discount is popping up sometime this week, that has never happened before in the beginning to middle of March.

I'm Kimberly. Shopping is always more fun when I've found the best deal available, so I am always on the hunt. My father instilled that in me, and I love that I carry a piece of him.
