Julep Zodiac Collection Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Capricorn

I spent all of 2014 and 2015 collecting the Julep birthstones. My plan was to collect every birthstone in 2016 as well. Julep decided to forgo the Birthstone Collection this year to focus on the Zodiac Collection. Each sign released before the introduction to the new period. Julep sold a new set of Zodiac polishes for 2017, but I have not purchased any of those yet. Pisces may land in my collection, but I am unsure if I want to own all the others yet. These are from 2016, but are still available for purchase. Thus, I decided to round out my series on this collection with the last 3 polishes. Any other nail polishes I collected during my blogging break are only swatched in their respective Nail Polish Swatch article. I am not writing any articles on them.

These were the last 3 polishes I needed to complete my 2016 Julep Zodiac Collection. The Maven discount was not combining with the Cyber Monday (in 2016) discount I ordered these with so I paid $7 a polish on these. That is more than I usually pay. I also picked up two extra polishes with the order so I will share those below. After the discount, I got those for $2.50 and $1. It helped soften the blow of overpaying for the Zodiac polishes.

Julep Scorpio is an oxblood vamp starlit shimmer. The finish is semi glossy and smooth. Compare this to my other wines.

Julep Sagittarius is a generous blue-violet starlit shimmer. The finish is semi glossy and smooth. Compare this to my other purples.

Julep Capricorn is an evergreen starlit shimmer. The finish is semi glossy and smooth. Compare this to my other greens.

Julep Camilla is a grape lollipop jelly. The finish is semi glossy and smooth. Compare this to my other purples.

Julep Rose is a juicy watermelon red crème. This is a pretty pink based red. The finish is semi matte and smooth. Compare this to my other reds.

I'm Kimberly. Shopping is always more fun when I've found the best deal available, so I am always on the hunt. My father instilled that in me, and I love that I carry a piece of him. Sometimes, my husband and sons (13 and 8) let me shop for them, too. They do not use as many beauty products as I do. We can all benefit from nice products, even though their routine ends with moisturizer. That is when I can convince my 13-year-old to apply it.
