Fabletics hosted a Flash Sale from 07/19/16 through 07/21/16. This was held a year after their first Flash Sale. The flash sale offered 50-70% off to celebrate a million subscribers. I was unaware there were that many subscribers, but the ability to skip months will likely keep me subscribed for a long time. Having new quality workout gear at great prices is amazing. These items are so well made that I cannot see the need to select a new one every month. By the 12th month, your first outfit will likely still be in great shape. Unless you like to switch up your outfits a lot, you will not need to partake in the mostly selection. Waiting for the sale is a great time to shop, unless you crave the latest and greatest outfits. Getting ones at a discount that did not sell out in their monthly offerings is perfect for me.
The sale had perfect timing, because I also had some rewards points that were expiring at the end of July. Points are only good for a year from when you earn them. I decided to order enough sale items to get over the $49.95 shipping minimum and redeem most of my points.
I had 1420 points. Points are redeemable at 300, 700, or 2000. None of the items in the 300 category are major pieces, and the items in the 2000 point category were out of my reach. Since I had enough for two 700 point pieces, I redeemed all but 20 points.
There were still nice options for great prices on the third day, so I can only imagine how many were available the first or second day. It is probably for the best that I arrived late, because I already had a hard time choosing. Usually, it is cheaper to buy the workout gear in outfits. The sale made it cheaper to buy each piece, so I chose six items.
The Electra Puffy Jacket in black has a retail price of $74.95. VIP members get it for $49.95, but it was only $19.99 during the sale.
I thought this was cute, and I was already searching for a jacket for winter runs. Buying a jacket in summer seems odd, but I am sure this same jacket will cost a lot more in the winter. This actually runs a bit small, which is unusual for Fabletics items. If you order this, I suggest ordering up a size. Hopefully, I lose weight before winter or I cannot zip this up. It is a bit on the shorter side, but I expected that based on the picture.
Its fabric content 100% Nylon. Features: Invisible Zipper Pockets, Internal Patch Pockets, Light Puffer Jacket, Bomber Silhouette, Front Zipper Closure, and Semi-cropped Length.
The Juilliard Jogger in black has a retail price of $64.95. VIP members get them for $44.95, but they were only $13.48 during the sale.
I am not particularly fond of the white stripe going down the side of the right leg. The pants look and feel great other than that. It is nice to have ends that hug my ankles, because I prefer that look at they have less air sneaking through.
Its fabric content is 60% cotton and 40% polyester. Features: Side Slit Pockets, Contrast Printed Graphic Detail, and Elastic Waistband with Functional Drawstring.
The Ko Jogger in gray has a retail price of $64.95. VIP members get it for $44.95, but it was only $13.48 during the sale.
These were a lot thinner than I expected. I thought they were traditional running sweats like the Juilliard Jogger, but they are a sweat pant, yoga pant hybrid. They will still work for running, but I may not reach for these on really cold days. It is nice to have ends that hug my ankles, because I prefer that look at they have less air sneaking through.
Its fabric content is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. Features: Sheer Mesh Details, Elastic Waistband, and Soft French Terry Fabric.
The Dili Short in black have a retail price of $34.95. VIP members get them for $24.95, but they were only $9.99 during the sale.
I love using these as cute bike shorts or shorts to wear underneath dresses. The design on the side prevents it from looking smooth under tight dresses though.
Its fabric content is 88% polyester and 12% spandex. Features: smooth, chafe-resistant fabric, internal coin pocket, adjustable side drawstrings, and moisture wicking.
The Madison Tank in black has a retail price of $39.95. VIP members get them for $24.95. I used 700 rewards points for this, so I received it for free.
There were not a lot of options in the redemption category. I wanted to get a shirt with this order, so I had at least one complete outfit. One has a somewhat gaudy print, so I opted for this. It shows a little more skin than I usually like to show in the back, but I can always wear a tank top under this if I feel the need.
Its fabric content is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The mesh is 60% cotton and 40% viscose. Features: Scoop Back Detail, Lined Front, Single Layer Back, and Lightweight Fishnet Mesh Tank.
The Marley Bralette in tulip has a retail price of $29.95. VIP members get it for $19.95. I used 700 rewards points for this, so I received it for free.
There is no way this would provide enough coverage to workout in. It is designed for small busted babes, which I am not. This was the only sports bra in the rewards section, so I selected it. Although it fits, I will probably use this as a regular bra.
Its fabric content is 88% polyester and 12% spandex. Features: Adjustable T-strap Back Detail, Encased Elastic Bottom Band, All-way Stretch, Lightly Lined Triangle Cups, Moisture-wicking
There were 0.07oz foil samples of Philosophy take a deep breath and take a deep breath eye. This is an oxygenating gel cream. Gels usually do not provide the moisture I like, so I may not keep these. I actually ordered the face version when it was a free sample on the Philosophy site, but I did not notice it was a gel until I received this sample.
I love that I get a free magazine with my Fabletics purchases. With this order, I selected Health. This is a magazine I enjoy reading, because it always has a lot of important tips. You will not get billed when the subscription expires.
I like when sales get surprise extensions, and this one got an extension on 07/21/16.
As I’ve come to expect with Fabletics, the quality is top-notch. This purchase got me 114 points, which is the standard 2 points per dollar spent ($56.94 before tax). I reviewed five of the six items for 20 points each. The Dili shorts are not available for review. It could be because I’ve previously purchased and reviewed them (in orchid purple, not black as I received here). Once Fabletics responds to my email inquiry, I will edit this with the reason. All of my other reviews were different items, so this was my first repeat product. That means I got at least 214 points on this order. Redemptions start at 300 points, so this order gets me close (plus I still have 20 points I still have leftover from past reviews).
For six pieces, I paid $61.58. That averages $10.26 an item. Two were technically redeemed with points, so I actually paid $15.40 per item and got two free. Thanks to my VIP membership, I saved $252.76 over the retail price. I cannot wait to stock up on more gear when they have the next sale. If you have not joined yet, you can get 50% off your first order. You can opt out of any month you do not want to purchase. Read more about the program or visit the retailer page. Although you can shop Fabletics without a membership, these special prices are only available to subscribers. See all Fabletics store and subscription purchases.
