PINCHme is a free sampling service. Complete your profile where you answer questions about your household and shopping habits. On select Tuesdays at 9amPST when new samples release, you can order any available that match up to your profile. The better samples tend to run out quickly, so log in as early as possible. Once you’ve tried the samples, you complete a short survey. As long as you complete your surveys in a timely manner, you are eligible to receive future samples.
The number of samples available varies. On sample days, you may find zero available based on your profile. Other times, you may find six. These are two different orders. I ordered them on 02/23/16 and 03/04/16. They arrived a few days apart in mid March. Shipping usually takes 4-6 weeks, so this was faster than usual. The survey deadline is 05/05/16. I completed them all, because the people I gave the products to (sadly I was unable to use any of these) already reported their results.
My 02/23/16 order included three items.
The Boon SNUG Spout Universal Sippy Lid is another sample I ordered last time. Sometimes, I can order the same sample up to 2 times, and I usually try to gift the second one to a different person than the first one if they are something I cannot use. Although I have not given this one away yet, I already knew how to review it based on the first one I gave away, to my niece. I wish there was something like this around (I was not aware if it was) when my boys were learning to use a sippy cup. There are still restaurants that do not have to go cups or kids cups. Nothing ruins a meal faster than a wet, cranky kid. Without lids, they spill on themselves almost every time. This is a really great idea to have a lid that goes on almost any cup.
I cannot use a sleeping pill, because my incontinence has me up multiple times in the middle of the night to use the restroom. The Unisom® SleepGels® went to my husband. He thought they worked fine, but he prefers ZzzQuil.
The Method 4x Concentrated Laundry Detergent was a post card with removable tabs to reveal a tiny amount of detergent underneath. Frankly, there is not much there, so I am not even attempting to use it. Thankfully, this review does not show up in my PINCHme profile, so I they must have understood this sample is too difficult to review. It is like a scratch and sniff where the best I can do with this is smell the scents of the detergent.
My 03/04/16 order only includes the Pop Works & Company Birthday Cake Popcorn. This was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. Specialty popcorn is usually too sweet for me. I prefer savory popcorn to sweet popcorn in most scenarios. It was not too sweet even though it really tasted like a popcorn and birthday cake blend. Connor (my four-year-old) ate most of these, so I only had about a handful. He asked me to but him more.
The larger bag of popcorn came from a Sam’s Club trip in June 2016. My son was shopping with me and lit up when he saw these on the shelf. Connor, who is now 5, actually shared these with my husband. He loves them, too. It is possible they will become a household staple that we would not have discovered without PINCHme.
The surveys take 1-2 minutes to complete. Here is the complete survey on an item.
They also want a quick follow-up down the road to see if you purchased any of the items. That is even shorter than the survey above, so it is relatively painless.
Once you’ve completed the survey(s), you’re done and ready to order samples on the next release. You can also review the products on the brand’s website, but that is not necessary. If you really love or hate something, it is probably a good thing to do. It takes very little time all together. Learn more about PINCHme or any of the other free sampling programs I trust. The next sample choice will be available tomorrow, 04/12/16, at 9am PST. If you want to join or have already joined, make sure your profile is up to date. Samples are available based on answers to your profile questions, so you should have all answers ready to go before the next arrival.
