My Ulta 2016 Birthday Gift

The 2017 gifts have been announced. I started a new article for the new gift.

Ulta is one of the few retailers that offers a completely free birthday gift. It does not require a purchase, but it does have to be picked up in person. There are a number of retailers that offer free gifts or a GWP for your birthday. Every quarter in 2016, the gift is changing. The birthday gift for the first quarter, for anyone born in January, February or March is a 0.1oz Benefit Roller Lash mascara. I will update the general list and my general Ulta gift article as soon as I find out what the gift is for each subsequent quarter. Within the next couple of days, we should know what the quarter two gift is.

You will receive a coupon on your actual birthday, as long as you’ve signed up for the UltaMate Rewards membership. Read the complete rules for this Ulta coupon and all Ulta coupons for everything you need to know, including: coupon stacking, purchase minimums, general versus unique codes, and more. It is valid for 30 days after your birthday, so you have some time to pick it up. The item you get will be listed on the offer, so substitutions are not likely (although an associate at the store can give you the next gift if it is available when you come and your gift is OOS). If you have not already signed up, make sure you do so before your birthday and using the link above will give you $10 off your first purchase.

This is a mascara I’ve sampled before, so I can say it does hold a curl. It is not my favorite mascara, so I have not decided whether I want to keep this or not. I definitely recommend trying it if you have not already. My straight lashes were assisted by this.

This sample is sold separately for $12, which is not a bad gift considering no purchase is required.

Platinum members also get a $10 coupon with no purchase minimum which is good toward any product. This is valid in store or online. It arrives on your birthday as well and is good for 30 days afterward. I used my $10 coupon for a Stila eyeliner in Lionfish. They are usually $22 but were on sale for $11 on 03/31/16. By using my $10 off coupon, I got my beloved eyeliner for $1.

Make sure you’re signed up with as many retailers as possible if your birthday is coming soon. These are the retailers I received offers from.

I will continue to post offers I am aware of, so no worries if you happen upon this post after the offers above expire. If you have questions about any Ulta Coupon, I go over all types. Targeted Offers are exclusive to UltaMate Members, so I do recommend joining. New members get $10 of their first purchase with a referral. Remember to check all Ulta offers before placing an online order, because there are always general or brand specific offers that are not targeted. Deal stacking is not only allowed, it’s encouraged. Love Ulta deal stacking 🙂 And happy belated bday again!
    I didn’t know about the $10 off coupon, that’s a nice incentive.

Thank you. Deal stacking is one of my favorite things about Ulta. The $10 coupon is nice. There are no restrictions on products. I used it for Mario Badescu in 2014, Butter London in 2015, and am planning it for Stila in 2016.
