PINCHme Volume Three

PINCHme is a free sampling service. Complete your profile where you answer questions about your household and shopping habits. On select Tuesdays at 9amPST when new samples release, you can order any available that match up to your profile. The better samples tend to run out quickly, so log in as early as possible. Once you’ve tried the samples, you complete a short survey. As long as you complete your surveys in a timely manner, you are eligible to receive future samples.

This package was ordered on 11/10/15. It arrived on 12/24/15. Shipping is usually slow, but this was the slowest yet. Usually, it is around a month. This took over six weeks. The survey deadline is 02/08/16. I completed the ones I could and will complete the others before then.

PINCHme Volume Three

I was able to order six (the polishes count as one) samples this day. You could see zero or ten. The number varies.

PINCHme Volume Three 2

I always welcome coupons especially on items I want to purchase.

In addition to the six items I ordered, I got a $100 nakedwines.com voucher. I do not drink alcohol. My husband says he does not feel like ordering anything. The last order had a card with the same code and password, so this offer code is not unique. Multiple people can probably use this.

PINCHme Volume Three 4

I am definitely a fan of the Breathe Right Strips. This is something I’ve been lucky enough to sample not once but twice. It is my first time receiving it from PINCHme though. My breathing is naturally shallow. When I am not feeling well, I have an even harder time taking deep breaths. These strips (as long as you place them in the right spot) really help to open up my breathing. After using one while congested, I know this is an amazing product. If you accidentally place it in the wrong place, it does not stick as well when you try again. Get it right the first time or you will be wasting some. That is my only complaint.

The Olay soap is something I regularly used a few years ago. This specific product, Olay Ultra Moisture with Shea Butter Body Wash, may have been different from the one I used in the past. I cannot recall, so I made sure I tried this a few times before offering a review. It is thicker than your average soap, leading me to believe there is a high concentration of shea butter inside. Despite the thickness, it lathers really well. At first, I forgot how well it lathered, so I used more product than I needed. To test how well it moisturized, I purposely left parts of my body without moisturizer. While I do believe it helps, I think this is another case of people with dry skin needing a moisturizer no matter how moisturizing their soap is. If your skin is dry, I think a moisturizer will do more for your skin than a soap, because moisturizers lock in moisture. That said, I think a combination never hurts.

Some may have noticed I received a sample of Gold Bond strength & resilience in my original PINCHme order. I ordered it the second time, because they offered it again. It is not as moisturizing as the aloe version, but it is slightly less greasy. This size sells at $0.97 in the Target travel section, and I’ve already grabbed a couple since I originally sampled the line. For the price, it is a great deal.

Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant was also in my original PINCHme order. It is also the only one I’ve purchased in a long time, so I am never passing on a chance to receive one free. Once I switched to Clinical Strength, I found nothing else worked as well. It keeps my more dry than others. I live in Vegas, so I will never be completely dry in the summer. When I do sweat with this, I never smell. The same cannot be said for others. This is really invisible, too. There are no white streaks, which I appreciate. Getting a travel sized version of something I already know and love is awesome.

I keep forgetting to start the align probiotics. As soon as I actually remember, I will start it and edit my findings. Hopefully, I can remember to take them seven days in a row, because that will paint the best picture of how the product works.

The nail polishes are Sinful Shine Top Coat and Go Glossy. Both are 0.5oz full-size bottles. These are from the Sinful Colors polish line. They retail for 33% more than regular polish from the Sinful Colors line. Sinful Colors is a great, and affordable polish line that I highly recommend. It will be nice to see Sinful Shine compares. I assume it is a lot more shiny, but I imagine there are other differences as well. As soon as I paint my nails again, this duo is up next.

The top coat is not as glossy as I’ve seen. Compare this to my other nail treatments, base coats, and top coats (and find formulas that are actually shiny).

SInful Shine Top Coat

The color is even less glossy. Compare this to my other salmon and wine polishes.

Sinful Shine Go Glossy

It is shiny, but it is also very sheer. My swatches are always one coat, so I will definitely be using more than one quote when I paint them. Compare this to my other salmon and wine polishes.

The surveys take 1-2 minutes to complete. Here is the complete survey on one item.

They also want a quick follow-up down the road to see if you purchased any of the items. That is even shorter than the survey above, so it is relatively painless.

Once you’ve completed the survey(s), you’re done and ready to order samples on the next release. You can also review the products on the brand’s website, but that is not necessary. If you really love or hate something, it is probably a good thing to do. It takes very little time all together. Learn more about PINCHme or any of the other free sampling programs I trust. The next sample choice will be available on 02/08/16 at 9am PST. If you want to join or have already joined, make sure your profile is up to date. Available samples are based on answers to your profile questions, so you should have all answers ready to go before the next arrival.
