Nothing beats completely free offers. Sometimes, there really is no catch to obtaining free items. You just have to know where to look and how to find them. Welcome to the eighth installment of items I’ve received for free. Past free sample articles feature different freebies. The offers at times come in emails. Sometimes, you will see them on a blog or the direct brand’s website. Other times, you can find free offers on social media or even through snail mail. My Free Samples Page provides more information on sample opportunities. Offers can at times come by phone, but I never answer numbers I do not recognize. I will miss out on any that come that way.
Target gives completely free samples. They’re posted sporadically (no pattern) and never last long, so check often to increase your chance of successfully grabbing something. This Vaseline Intensive Care Healing Serum Advanced Relief is something I really wanted to try. After answering a few simple questions, Target sent the sample.
The 0.3oz samples is a bit on the small side, but it should not take too much to see if it works. My skin is very dry. I will report back once I’ve tried it.
I love when samples include coupons. That is usually my favorite thing about smaller samples.
Target also sends full-sized items to sample. You never know when you’re filling out the request how big the sample will be. It makes ones like this a great surprise. This sample had some qualifying questions, because they were looking for people with kids to try this. After qualifying, Target sent the sample.
Did I say sample? I meant Target sent a full-sized 90 pill bottle of Nature Made Kid’s First Multivitamin Daily Nutritional Support Gummies. My kids love them, so I will be happily redeeming this coupon.
The best part is my older son who has hated every vitamin we’ve ever given him (including Flinstones vitamins my younger son loves) thought these were nice. We are happily switching over to these, because my younger son (who is less picky with vitamins) also loves these. This was a fantastic find. I take a Nature Made vitamin everyday, so I should have thought of this brand for them before. These are Target exclusive, and that is where I already buy most of my vitamins.
We started buying these vitamins thanks to the sample. I got this one while it was on sale online, but I plan on purchasing one in store before the coupon expires.
Allure Beauty Enthusiasts mailed a special Christmas gift to members.
This gift was not advertised ahead of time and I did nothing for it.
The Sheseido Ultimate Eye Power Infusing Eye Concentrate is a sample I’ve received in a few places now, so I probably will not keep this (unless I try the first one before gifting my extras and happen to love it).
Whether I keep it or not, it was awesome to receive a gift I did nothing for. No one else mailed me a random gift that I never asked for.
I joined in early January 2015, so I do not even know if they mailed gifts in 2014. If they mail gifts for 2016, I look forward to seeing what they are.
P&G Everyday occasionally offers free samples and always offers coupons.
I have a hiatal hernia that gives me acid reflux and already take the prescription version of Prilosec.
When I saw they had the Prilosec OTC sample available, I had to order it. I wanted to see if it was close to my prescription. The prescription version works extremely well. While traveling, I once forgot to pack them. There were only Tums and Rolaids in the gift shop. Both are okay but neither do much. If these work, I will take a trip to a drugstore when I do not have my prescription with me.
If you missed out on any of these offers, no worries. New ones always come along. I have a dedicated spot on the front page where I share specific offers and you can always find general ones from the sites I trust. See all free sample articles. View my main page for the guide map to the site and deeper deal exploration.
I'm Kimberly. Shopping is always more fun when I've found the best deal available, so I am always on the hunt. My father instilled that in me, and I love that I carry a piece of him. Sometimes, my husband and sons (12 and 7) let me shop for them, too. They do not use as many beauty products as I do. We can all benefit from nice products, even though their routine ends with moisturizer. That is when I can convince my 12-year-old to apply it.
