Get Free Samples Volume Seven

Nothing beats completely free offers. Sometimes, there really is no catch to obtaining free items. You just have to know where to look and how to find them. Welcome to the seventh installment of items I’ve received for free. Past free sample articles feature different freebies. The offers at times come in emails. Sometimes, you will see them on a blog or the direct brand’s website. Other times, you can find free offers on social media or even through snail mail. My Free Samples Page provides more information on sample opportunities. Offers can at times come by phone, but I never answer numbers I do not recognize. I will miss out on any that come that way.

Allure Free Stuff has occasional offers where arriving on time can help you win prizes. It is seriously one of the few places you do not want to arrive fashionably late. Most contests open at 9am PST and if you arrive at 9:01am, you will probably miss out on the giveaway. The giveaway always changes, but the rules stay the same. Arrive first (or 500th depending on how many prizes that event offers), enter your info, and win. Only the specified number of people to enter first at each time will win. You will not know if you win until the package arrives at your door, because winners are not notified.

This Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist is 8oz. That is full-size. Until this point, I had only won sample sizes from Allure Free Stuff, so it was nice when the heavy package arrived. I’ve been using a hair mask every week as scheduled for a few months now. Prior to that, I probably skipped more weeks than I did it. My hair notices the difference.

Aussie 3 Minute

I really loved this product. It is not my favorite, but it is my favorite drugstore product. This is another product I would not have discovered without the freebie. It leaves my hair soft and somewhat smooth. When I use this, it is still easy to comb through. Most masks cause tangles, but this does not. It is similar to a thick conditioner, and I leave it in longer than 3 minutes. These retail for $2.99, which make them incredibly affordable. On a Sam’s Club trip in June 2016, I noticed these had $2 in instant savings through 07/17/16. Instant savings apply to anyone with a premium membership. The set retails for $6.98, so I got all three for $4.98. That is 50% off.

Target gives completely free samples. They’re posted sporadically (no pattern) and never last long, so check often to increase your chance of successfully grabbing something. This SunButter On-the-Go Sunflower Cup sample was a targeted sample. After answering a few qualifying questions, Target sent the sample. I have an 8-year-old with a peanut allergy, so he qualified. Once he tries this, I will report back on his thoughts.

Sun Butter

It would have been nice to sample the actual cup, but this packet will do.

Sun Butter 2

It included a $1 off coupon, which I will gladly use if he likes this.

Sun Butter 3

Advil is something I already use, but my husband uses it more than I do. I am more of an Excedrin girl, because most of my pain derives from headaches. Knowing that the sample would be small, but it would probably come with a coupon, I ordered it. This single use packet is convenient, too.

Target Advil

This coupon will be used and probably at Target, so they will reap the benefits of sending me this.

Target Advil 2

I was doing a random Internet search when I came across this offer for a Bausch + Lomb Bio True sample. This is the item my husband already uses, so I hoped it would be a mini bottle he could take on business trips. The sample is 4oz, which is out for business trips. It included a little contact case.

Bio True

It also included a coupon that I will definitely use. I love when coupons for items I actually purchase regularly make it my way.

I still have the link for the Nivea In Shower Body Lotion on my front page, because it is still available. When I first posted the link, there was only one offer. That sample arrived here months ago.

While periodically checking it to see if the offer was still available, I noticed the original was still there. Nivea also listed a second sample for In-Shower Cocoa Butter Body Lotion. It allows you to fill out a second request to get both samples.

Nivea 2

I still have not used the first one, because I was waiting for warm weather to pair this with a tanning cream. Every time I see it, I am curious about what it does, so I will be trying one of my in-shower body lotion samples soon.

Nivea 3

I can always use the coupon to buy more if I love it.

Nivea 4

A friend alerted me to a free sample offer from Patchology. It went really fast, so even if I got her permission to re-post, it was gone in a flash. I’d never heard of this company before, so I was a bit wary of the link. Luckily, it turned out well, because the sample arrived.

The Patchology hydrate FlashMasque Facial Sheet was full-size. I used it earlier this evening. It’s very lubricated, so I had to work it into my skin. If you have more time or do not want to add a moisturizer on top, you can probably let it absorb as the package directs.

Patchology 2

My skin feels soft and hydrated. Dry areas of skin that were there before I applied the mask are gone. It still felt incredible when I woke up. This mask is amazing. I love it.

I'm Kimberly. Shopping is always more fun when I've found the best deal available, so I am always on the hunt. My father instilled that in me, and I love that I carry a piece of him. Sometimes, my husband and sons (12 and 7) let me shop for them, too. They do not use as many beauty products as I do. We can all benefit from nice products, even though their routine ends with moisturizer. That is when I can convince my 12-year-old to apply it.

Deal or No Deal? What Do You Think?
